PENGHAMBATAN PERTUMBUHAN BAKTERI Dermacoccus nishinomiyaensis DAN Micrococcus luteus DENGAN EKSTRAK BIJI SALAK (Salacca zalacca (Geartn.) Voss)

چکیده

Salak merupakan kelompok tumbuhan angiospermae yang tumbuh dan tersebar di Indonesia. Biji salak diketahui memiliki kandungan senyawa tanin, kuinon, monoterpen, seskuiterpen, alkaloid polifenol berpotensi sebagai antioksidan antibakteri. Tumbuhan aktivitas antibakteri saat ini banyak diteliti dikembangkan menjadi suatu produk atau diperlukan untuk pengobatan terbaru karena terjadinya resistensi terhadap antibiotik. Bakteri patogen salah satu bakteri resisten antibiotik seperti Gram + dapat menyebabkan infeksi serius. Micrococcus luteus Dermacoccus nishinomiyaensis berkembang biak pada kulit, mukosa, jaringan pernafasan otak. Kebaruan penelitian meneliti tentang hambatan prtumbuhan dengan ekstrak biji (Salacca zalacca (Geartn.) Voss) Adanya dari pertumbuhan tujuan ini. Metode dilakukan meliputi identifikasi tumbuhan, ekstraksi sampel secara maserasi, analisis golongan kimia Kromatografi Lapis Tipis (KLT), pengujian metode difusi sumuran. Hasil KLT menunjukkan etanol mengandung polifenol, alkaloid, triterpenoid steroid. uji memperlihatkan adanya daerah hambat konsentrasi 100 mg/ml. Kesimpulan dihubungkan kimianya.Kata kunci: Antibakteri, Salak, nishinomiyaensis, luteus, Salacca
